Introduction
Nova is a platform that identifies efficiencies to maximize revenue through custom digital strategies
This was the first iteration for what is Nova today.
Users were experiencing challenges with the platform. Our task was to identify those challenges through interviews and find solutions for a better user experience. With these findings, we restructured the reporting section of the platform. We also created an updated design system that was applied to the entire platform later on.
The main challenge of this project was to create a seamless user experience for two very different user groups with very distinct goals: the Employee and the Client.
The new structure was extremely well adopted across the entire company. We conducted User testings to ensure user satisfaction and measure performance.
